Assumptions: 10mW data center operating 24/7/365; Property value of $500mn; Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.5; Commercial electricity rate of 9.9 cents/kW-hour in WV and 7.4 cents/kW-hour; Payroll: 1 systems engineer, 3 mechanical engineers, 6 system administrators, 2 system architects, 5 security, and 2 janitors. Note: Difference does not consider potential incentives or concessions that a State can offer during negotiations.
