| WV Forward is excited to participate in the second annual WVU Demo Day on April 25. Meet WV Forward's research scholars and learn more about the latest partnerships, initiatives and updates in each of their portfolio's at the Demo Day Expo. See who wins the WV Forward award during the Expo's awards ceremony at 1pm. And attend a public panel discussion during the WV Bioscience Summit on how to accelerate projects within designated West Virginia Opportunity Zones, including how researchers can take advantage of Opportunity Zone funds to turn R&D into new startups. WV Forward, the Office of U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation is hosting this panel. A Life Science Showcase and Reception will immediately follow. All events are open to the public, free of charge. |
