WV Forward 2018 End of Year Report

WV Forward's inaugural year was dynamic with new partnerships, innovative initiatives and events, unforeseen hurdles and tangible results. The 2018 end of year report provides a glimpse at some of the past year's accomplishments, acknowledging that more opportunities and challenges remain.
