Our charge is to bring together the brightest minds across the state to chart a new path for long-term prosperity. Over the past several months, we have begun tackling the complex issues identified by independent consulting group, McKinsey & Company. Every one of their recommendations requires a collaborative and inclusive approach to forge bold action plans that lead to lasting outcomes, value the integrity of the process even though it may not churn out results as fast as we hope, and design smart ways to measure success.
