The Preston County Economic Development Authority, a founding sponsor of the West Virginia Energy Expo, attended an event at Morgantown’s Mylan Park. Hosted by the state Department of Commerce, the West Virginia Economic Development Council and the Stick Co., the West Virginia Energy Expo was a one-day business event tailored toward growth and opportunity in the energy industry in West Virginia.

The second annual West Virginia Legislators’ Forum on Education and the Economy will be held in Charleston, with an aim to engage legislators on how best to address the current landscape of public education in West Virginia.
